transparency deals. It maintains and guarantees the quality and availability of each product. In addition to JOMLA marketplace platform it


helps med-small business to store their own goods such as imported special products, disposals, bulk items that take space in store. Your


products will be under one roof.



  • What products that JOMLA provide?

In JOMLA , we provide dry, cold, frozen food, beverages, coffee beans, non-food items, deposals, chemicals, rental services, quality control,


forecasting and planning of each customer products.

  • How can I become a supplier and what I need to accept me?

There are no rules to accept you as a supplier, just register in “Become a Supplier” and contact us for more details: info@jomla.me



  • Do I pay annual fees when I become a supplier in JOMLA ?

You don’t need an annual fees to become a supplier with JOMLA.



  • Can a supplier store the products in JOMLA facility?

Yes, in fact this will help to serve your customers by receiving your selling products with less time and save them from shipment costs by

     consolidating all orders with other different products to your customer.


  • What if supplier want to keep his/her own products in their store?

In this case you have to arrange the delivery of the products to JOMLA , so we suggest to keep some in JOMLA to save the supplier from
     
     multiple deliveries.


  • Can I monitor my orders?

Yes, you will have supplier portal to access and JOMLA will provide you with vendor portal to monitor your orders. As an option, JOMLA will keep


some of suppliers’ items in our warehouse to guaranty a good service.

  • Do I have to create an account to start shopping? Or I can confirm my order as a guest?

You have to register on JOMLA website. To start shopping



  • Can I get best price than showing in JOMLA website?

The prices showing on the website is public prices. You can get better prices of products where there is an agreement for certain time or period


with price agreement. For more information kindly contact: info@jomla.me



  • Is there any free shipping on my first order?

No, there will be delivery charges based on your area and the total amount. However; for customer agreement there will be waive of delivery


charges on certain order amount and time of delivery.



  • How long time will my order take?

Around 2-5 working days after confirm your order and based on your location



  • What areas that JOMLA covered?

So far we ship everywhere in Saudi Arabia.



  • How long time will take delivery to (Central Region), Jeddah, Eastern region?

Riyadh 1-2 working days


Dammam region – 2-4 working days


Jeddah region - 4-5 working days



  • Are transactions on your site secure?

Absolutely, and you can read our PricacyPolicy



  • Which shipping companies that will ship my order?

All shipping and delivery services are done by JOMLA , we don’t use any third party transportation company on large order.



  • At which time that delivery hours will be?

From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but if it an urgent order we can deliver it after working hours with extra charge and based on availability of truck.



  • How can I track my order?

The customer can track orders by customer portal. Quotation, confirmed order, invoices and delivery status.



  • Can I cancel my order or edit on it after I submit it to JOMLA ?

Yes, you can cancel and edit your order but it should be before the confirmation of the order.



  • What if my item is damaged, incorrect or missing?

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know at info@jomla.me



  • Can I return or replace an item if I’m not happy with it?

Yes , you can but it must be unused items and not more than 30 days in good condition.



  • Can I edit my shipping address?

Yes you can edit your delivery information.



  • How can I edit my account information?

You can manage your payment method, shipping addresses, email preferences and password under My Account. To edit your email address,

  • What happens when an item is out of stock?

System will suggest you to use quotation option and will notify you once available.



  • How do I place my order?

You can use our website: https://jomla.me/ and then search for products either by browsing the different departments or by searching for


products by name. Clicking the “Add to Cart” button will add items to your cart.



  • Can I give specific instructions about products? E.g. the carton is consist of orange and apple juice.

Yes, there is service for requesting a customized product or required bundle for some products.




  • Can I place orders in advance?

Yes, of course! You can schedule orders for up to five days in advance and choose any delivery time that suits you best.



  • Can I repeat a past order?

Yes, go to the “My Orders” section, select the order you would like to repeat and click “Order Items Again” 



  • What is JOMLA wish list?

When placing an order you can highlight a product as a favorite and it will appear in your wish list so that next time you order, you can be sure


of never missing out on your essentials.



  • How can I be notified of deals and promotions?

By Subscriptions and adding your email address and contact details.



  • Is there a minimum order amount in JOMLA ?

for Riyadh No, but other region there will be a minimum order amount. Please contact info@jomla.me



  • What are the available payment methods?

Currently we have three payments methods: Digital Wallet, Credit and Wire Transfer.



  • What’s a Digital Wallet?

Its an advanced payment by customer where it will be a balance in your account to use for your purchases and refunds. Therefore you don’t have to do a wire transfers for every


order.



  • What are the available delivery options?

We offer Home Delivery to your door, No Pickup service available.



  • Do you charge for delivery?

Yes and it will be based on your area and the total amount.



  • My order hasn't arrived, who do I contact?

  • How is the refund paid?

There are two methods to refund paid; either transfer it back to you or by digital wallet so you can use for future orders.

  • I forgot my password, what do I do?

Click on login – forgot password? -Write your E-mail address – click on reset password and you will receive an email from  info@jomla.me  giving further instructions.



  • I’m having trouble logging in to my account in JOMLA , what should I do?

If you have forgotten your email or for any other issues please contact our customer service department to  support@JOMLA.me    


  • Can I have multiple account with same mobile number and email id?

Each email address and phone number can associate with one JOMLA account only.



  • Can I have multiple account for member in our office / family with different mobile number and email address but same or common delivery address?

Yes, you can.


  • Do you have Promo Coupon option and where do I enter the Coupon Code?

Yes, we have and will make a coupon announcement once it active. There is a coupon field when you review your shopping cart.


  • Will someone inform me if my order delivery get delayed?

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery



  • Do you Do same day or Express delivery?

Yes, but if you place your order before 12 noon on available products Delivery will be same day with additional charges. Please contact info@jomla.me



  • What are your timings to contact customer service?

Our customer service team available throughout the week, all seven days from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Yes, you will receive notification on your mobile & Email



  • How you can assure your product quality?

Our product source from reliable sources who has certified ISO. We are certified ISO and follow the standard, our facility and Delivery truck fully equipped with temperature


controller, you will receive the product in right condition.
